The company aims to develop a 3D printer for the production of medicines and pharmaceuticals, which will enable the production of medicines in various volumes depending on the size of the printer, up to patent maturity, as well as the subsequent exploitation and marketing of the patent(s) or other intellectual property resulting from the development activity, whether through sale or licensed use. The company may conduct all business that appears to be conducive to achieving and promoting the company's purpose. In particular, the company may establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, or acquire participations, to the extent that this serves the company's purpose.
