The company's purpose is asset management, in particular: full ownership, bare ownership, usufruct, free provision to shareholders or economic beneficiaries, construction, restoration, repair, development, administration, and exploitation by lease of all built or unbuilt properties or all real rights of which it has ownership or enjoyment, by way of acquisition, exchange, contribution or otherwise, excluding all other properties; the acquisition, sale, and rental of all real estate, including apartments, villas, land, etc.; the acquisition of all movable assets and the management of these movable assets; the acquisition of interests and participations in all companies; contracting loans from financial institutions for the acquisition of the aforementioned assets; the creation of mortgages or other real securities on the company's assets; and generally, all operations that may relate directly or indirectly to the aforementioned civil activities, likely to facilitate their accomplishment; all acquisitions of properties in Switzerland that would be contrary to the provisions of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) are excluded from this purpose (for complete purpose, see articles of association).
