It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
