Prediger-, Witwen- und Waisenkiste von Thun Genossenschaft

The cooperative aims to provide care for the widows, widowers and orphans of its members. This is achieved in particular through the payment of widow's and widower's pensions, orphan's pensions and corresponding allowances. In addition, financial assistance can be provided to children of members for their initial education and, if necessary, for further or second education or in the event of disability. Scholarships can be awarded to citizens of Thun for the study of theology at an evangelical theological faculty. Donations can be made to church aid organizations or church-related institutions. There is no legal entitlement to benefits from the cooperative.
