The purpose of the association is to support the issuance of financial instruments and/or financial investments ("hereinafter financial products"), which promote the innovative capacity and functionality of international financial markets with the aim of making financial products available to the broadest possible circle of investors for Swiss real estate. To achieve the above-mentioned purposes of the association, the association may at any time involve third parties and/or outsource the various activities wholly or partially to qualified service providers. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit.
