To provide the global Esperanto-speaking community, in accordance with the principles of the Esperanto City, with the means to promote and guarantee the development of this community in the social, financial and real estate sectors, including support for microcredit in Third World countries; subject to the express reservation of any necessary authorizations and in order to achieve its purpose, to buy or sell built or to-be-built properties, to carry out infrastructure projects, to build or transform houses, to rent them as landlord or tenant, to establish real estate mortgages and to grant loans related to the purpose of the foundation.
