The company aims to operate and market a holistic evaluation system for real estate for investors, buyers, users and other interested parties. It develops evaluation systems, evaluates properties, provides consulting and training services, and awards certifications. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may, if necessary, in compliance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (Lex Koller), acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may also arrange financing for its own account or for third-party account, grant loans, and provide guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties (subject to the Lex Koller).
