The company's purpose is to participate in ProTech Group companies in Switzerland. The company may grant loans or other financing to its direct and indirect parent companies and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, either for consideration or free of charge, and provide collateral of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind. The company may itself establish or participate in existing companies, finance and promote them. The company may do everything that, in the opinion of its management, promotes the purpose of the company or serves the use of its available resources.
