The company may create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, as well as hold participations in all companies in Switzerland or abroad. The company may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights. The company may also carry out all commercial, financial or other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose. The company may provide direct or indirect financing, whether in the form of loans and/or in any other form of financing, including in the context of cash pooling with or without remuneration, to third parties or to companies in which it holds direct or indirect participations, as well as to its direct or indirect holders and to companies in which they hold direct or indirect participations. The company may also provide any kind of security or guarantee to secure its obligations or the obligations of each of these persons, including in the form of pledges, assignments or transfers as security, guarantees of any kind or indemnification commitments, with or without remuneration.
