The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, construction, transformation, rental, management and in general the development of real estate properties, as well as all operations related to the administration of real estate, brokerage, consulting and expertise, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company also aims to provide studies, services, expertise and consulting services within the framework of civil engineering and related professions, through one or more engineering offices and branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also carry out, under contract, all or part of buildings, works of art, industrial installations or related to land use planning, in Switzerland and abroad. The company may, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
