The acquisition, sale, holding, administration and management of all participations in other companies, directly or indirectly, in Switzerland or abroad (with regard to real estate companies based in Switzerland, only those holding exclusively commercially used properties and excluding those prohibited by the LFAIE), as well as the financing of other affiliated companies. It also aims to provide advice, in particular in the field of economics. The Company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, acquire real estate in Switzerland and abroad, encumber, sell or manage it. It may also grant loans or any other form of financing to, and provide guarantees of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the Company's assets.
