to operate, either in its own name or on behalf of and for the account of third parties, one or several public establishments of the type bar, café, restaurant, tea-room, discotheque or similar enterprise, to trade in food and beverages, whether alcoholic or not, and to carry out any other activity directly or indirectly related to catering, communication, events and e-sports, such as setting up an e-sports team, searching for sponsors, as well as preparing advertising campaigns, sales exhibitions, events, stand and refreshment stand management, organization of tournaments, parades and competitions (cf. statutes for complete purpose).
