The Company's purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, is to provide all services for businesses and individuals in the fields of preparation and execution of a geographical transfer of residence or headquarters, i.e., relocation; the acquisition, holding, management, leasing, renovation, and sale of real and personal property; granting loans (and/or any form of financing) and providing guarantees (and/or any other form of security) to one or more Partners, companies of the group to which the Company belongs, and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, if this promotes the interests of the Company.
