To make an original contribution to sustainable development, the fight against poverty and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a focus on the economic development and growth of the countries most affected, particularly sub-Saharan African countries, countries under stress and countries affected by conflicts; to participate in the creation of the conditions for the establishment of an effective and modern state, in particular by encouraging innovative scientific thinking on governance; to contribute to the emergence of a very small, small and medium-sized efficient and prosperous entrepreneurship, and job creation (cf. statutes for full purpose).
