The company's purpose is to manufacture and develop portable medical devices for preventive medicine and telemedicine, in particular for remote patient monitoring. The company may acquire, exploit, manage and sell companies, properties and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and perform all legal acts that may be necessary or useful for the achievement of its purpose or for the development of the company or its group companies.
