The company's purpose is: 1. the operation of stores in the field of food, small restaurants, delivery of culinary dishes to homes, a catering service, the organization of banquets and cooking courses; 2. the operation of a souvenir shop; 3. the operation of a trade in knives, swords, crossbows, leisure, game and defense (softair) weapons, antique or collectible items, combat sports or martial arts equipment, and books. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: - regarding their location - in Switzerland or abroad; - regarding their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable, with the specification that real estate transactions can only be carried out within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) or intellectual property or services; - regarding their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this favors its interests.
