The company's purpose is to carry out all general business activities and construction management, in particular the execution of all construction, renovation and transformation works in the building sector, the import, export and sale of building materials and all types of manufactured products, as well as all real estate transactions, such as the purchase, sale, rental, development, administration, management, operation and brokerage of real estate, provided that they are not subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE). The Company may hold participations in other companies and have subsidiaries or establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
