The purpose of the company is: a) the management and use of the image rights of athletes; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the above purpose, as well as the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties.
