The founders reserve the right to change the purpose in accordance with Art. 86a of the Swiss Civil Code. The foundation operates within the scope of its purpose in Switzerland, primarily in the canton of Aargau and particularly in the Fricktal region. The foundation's profits and capital are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purpose.
