The company's purpose is to research sponsors on behalf of all sports clubs, events and charitable associations; promoting sponsors within clubs, events or charitable associations. The company may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable or immovable property transactions, except those prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or relate directly or indirectly to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
