The purpose of the company is: a) teaching adults and businesses as well as providing educational services for training and further education purposes and operating an online language school; b) acquiring, selling and exploiting patents and licenses; c) as an ancillary activity, carrying out all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable (in strict compliance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) - in direct or indirect connection with the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as taking participation in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad and establish branches. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its associates or third parties.
