The foundation aims to provide additional old-age benefits for the beneficiaries designated below, as well as to provide support against the economic consequences of unforseen hardship, accidents, illness and death. The beneficiaries are the employees of the company and other enterprises that are economically closely linked to it, as well as their dependents and persons for whom the employee has provided significant support during their lifetime. Neither bonuses, cost-of-living allowances or similar salary supplements nor any benefits to which the company is legally or contractually obligated may be paid from the foundation's assets and income.
