The company may also engage in all commercial, financial, securities, or real estate transactions, the latter provided they are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); take participations in other companies; in general, carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad.
