The company can manage its own assets, establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or take over interests in other companies in Switzerland and abroad and carry out all activities that are suitable for achieving its purpose. The company can in principle acquire, encumber, dispose of and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. However, the acquisition of real estate in Switzerland may only take place if the respective legal restrictions on the direct or indirect acquisition of real estate by foreigners in Switzerland are observed (e.g. Lex Koller).
