To promote and disseminate sign language and a positive vision of Deaf culture; to facilitate, by all possible means, access to information and communication for the Deaf and their families; to offer the Deaf and their families access to training through courses or tutorials in or on sign language; to promote and disseminate sign language and a positive vision of Deaf culture through multimedia, audiovisual, event-related and cultural productions.
