The company's main purpose is: the promotion, purchase, sale, brokerage, management, administration, operation and development of real estate or movable assets, fiduciary transactions, investments and all operations related to these areas of activity, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law of 16.12.1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). It may carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations that may favor the purpose and interest of the company. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies and conclude all contracts that may develop or achieve its purpose or relate directly or indirectly thereto. It may grant or receive loans from/to its shareholders, as well as to/from all companies of the same group.
