The company's purpose is to acquire, hold, manage and dispose of real estate in Switzerland (excluding business premises outside the scope of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad) and abroad. It may carry out all activities that are directly or indirectly related to this purpose. The company may also participate in other companies of any kind in Switzerland and abroad, establish, acquire and merge with them. It may acquire, encumber and dispose of intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, and by resolution of the Board of Directors, establish branches and agencies in Switzerland or abroad.
