Through the joint action and co-responsibility of its members, the cooperative aims to create subsidiaries and, through participation in these, develop real estate projects intended to provide safe housing at moderate rents, provide a space for mixed housing and economic activities. It seeks to achieve this goal as follows: a) creation of subsidiaries and participation in them; b) acquisition of superficies rights for the purpose of realizing, renting, operating and managing cooperative housing or assigning them to its subsidiaries; c) construction of rental buildings that meet the current needs of housing and activities of a cooperative and, subsidiarily, assigning these buildings to its subsidiaries; d) use of support instruments within the meaning of federal, cantonal or communal laws promoting the construction of housing and activities at moderate rents or prices; e) administration and rental of housing and activity spaces in accordance with the principle of cost-covering rents. The cooperative's activity is of public utility and does not pursue any profit-making purpose. The cooperative may participate in companies and organizations pursuing an identical or similar purpose. It agrees to become a member of the Association Romande des Maîtres d'Ouvrage d'Utilité Publique (ARMOUP).
