The cooperative aims to: manage participatory grocery stores in the municipality of Plan-les-Ouates and its region that prioritize fresh, seasonal, regional products, and if possible, in bulk and from organic farming, as well as sustainable and fair food and non-food products; contribute to reducing our impact on the local and global environment and in particular our ecological footprint related to our food and consumption; put into practice the concept of fair price: by making quality food more accessible, integrating real production costs into our sales prices to ensure a correct income for producers; create social bonds and mutual aid and promote social diversity; contribute to the emergence of an economic model based on transparency, solidarity, and complementarity among its actors; raise awareness and awaken consciences among members and consumers in general, particularly regarding the impact of our consumption patterns on the environment and society; be a place of awareness, exchange, and sharing around food and related issues; support the principle of food sovereignty, enabling us to act through our own consumption on environmental and social problems related to production.
