The company's purpose is to acquire, hold, manage and dispose of direct and indirect participations in all types of companies, including commercial, industrial, financial and real estate companies, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, as well as financing affiliated companies. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
