Provision of financial services to the benefit of the group companies of the Seadrill Group, may grant loans or other financing to the parent company and its direct or indirect shareholders as well as their direct or indirect subsidiaries, for consideration or free of charge, and may provide collateral of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind, chartering and leasing of watercraft and other machinery, equipment and facilities in this connection.
