SECA-Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association

The association is a non-profit organization that does not pursue commercial purposes and does not strive for profit. The main objectives of the association are the following: (i) promotion of private equity and corporate finance activities in the public and towards the relevant target groups; (ii) promotion of the exchange of ideas and cooperation between members; (iii) promotion of professional training and development of members and their clients; (iv) representation of the opinions and interests of members towards federal authorities and other corporations; (v) development and maintenance of ethical and professional standards.
