In Switzerland and abroad: the provision of all advice, mandates, services and performances, as well as the exercise of all activities in the fields of computer science, technology and fiduciary services; the purchase, sale, creation, development, import, export, exploitation and management of all software, platforms or computer portals. To this end, the Company may provide administrative services and participate in industrial and commercial enterprises. It may also participate in the financing, in particular by providing guarantees and securities of all kinds, of other entities of the group to which the Company belongs in the interest of the said group, and establish branches or found subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose.
