Any activity carried out in the real estate sector is not aimed at third parties but is limited to real estate for its own account. The company may assume, for its own account and not in a fiduciary capacity, interests and participations in other industrial, commercial, financial and service companies in Switzerland or abroad, in the sector related to the company's purpose or in other sectors.
