The company's purpose is to operate coffee restaurants, tea rooms, pastry shops, confectioneries and ice cream shops, manage sales outlets and spaces related to the manufacture (production and packaging) and trade (take-out and on-site consumption) of food and beverage products. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
