It may carry out all financial, commercial and industrial operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose, in Switzerland and abroad. It may also create branches, take participations in other companies or mandate subcontractors, in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans to its shareholders or to third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by its shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, and pledge these assets to secure any claim.
