In Switzerland and abroad, any operation, artisanal, commercial or industrial, relating to services and, more particularly, to the delivery of meals, the purchase and sale of meals, all industrial and commercial operations relating to: the creation, acquisition, rental, lease-management of all business assets, the leasing, installation, operation of all establishments, business assets, factories, workshops, relating to one or more of the activities specified above, the acquisition, exploitation or assignment of all processes, patents and intellectual property rights concerning these activities, all direct or indirect participations in all commercial, industrial or real estate transactions, alone or with a third party, for its own account or that of a third party, by means of purchase, sale or exchange of all shares, social shares or securities and, in general, by holding all company titles and, to this end, the company may notably participate in all subscriptions, make all investments, manage and operate all participations in all companies, all of this to the exclusion of residential properties in Switzerland or companies holding such properties; all services related to the creation, organization, development, management, control, direction, commercial policy of all subsidiary or non-subsidiary companies and, more generally, all operations directly or indirectly related to this object, all financing, credit, management, treasury, lending and advance operations in all participations and, in general, all operations directly or indirectly related to this object, all of this directly or indirectly, by means of creation of new companies and groups, contributions of partnership, subscription, purchase of securities or social rights, merger, alliance, association in participation or taking or giving in lease or lease-management of all assets and other rights, and generally, all industrial, commercial, financial, civil, movable and immovable operations that can be directly or indirectly related to one of the objects mentioned above or all similar or related objects.
