The company's purpose is the acquisition, participation and operation of any commercial, industrial, financial or real estate companies, the purchase, sale, management and administration of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE), as well as the operation of all types of establishments active in the field of catering. It may also carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if this serves its interests.
