The company's purpose is to hold, acquire and manage participations in all types of enterprises, particularly financial, investment, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable property, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire real estate for the realization of its corporate purpose, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may: participate in all enterprises and carry out all movable, immovable, industrial, financial and commercial operations directly or indirectly related to the realization of its purpose; grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other commitment, if it serves its interests; open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
