The company's purpose is to provide trust services, corporate and economic consulting, as well as the acquisition, holding and sale of participations. The company may conduct all business directly or indirectly related to its purpose in Switzerland and abroad, acquire, encumber and sell real estate, establish branches and subsidiaries, and participate in companies of a similar nature. The company may grant loans to its direct or indirect shareholders or other companies within the group and provide security of any kind for their liabilities to third parties, including by pledging or assigning its own assets or guarantees of any kind, even if such loans or securities are in the exclusive interest of its direct or indirect shareholders or other group companies and are granted free of charge.
