The Company's purpose is the development and marketing of software solutions. The Company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches or subsidiaries, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose; - carry out these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, commissioner or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, - grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, affiliated companies or third parties.
