The company's purpose is to operate a publishing house specializing in literary and documentary works, magazines and/or other publications, particularly in the Crans-Montana region, any activity and service in the field of publishing, as well as all other operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. Furthermore, the company may participate in other companies and establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate and, in general, engage in any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for operations prohibited in Switzerland by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
