The company's purpose is to operate the drinking water and wastewater networks established on the territory of the Commune of Dorénaz, as well as the Commune's other energy distribution networks, and the necessary infrastructure for their proper functioning, all for the purpose of public utility. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, any other activities of any nature, including financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable property activities, converging with its main purpose, with the exception of properties subject to the LFAIE, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The company may also establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may also participate in any company, acquire or pay fees and commissions, negotiate and execute various contracts or commissions in different countries.
