The Cooperative aims to: create and maintain for its members, through common action and responsibility at all stages of projects and based on the principles of public utility (Art. 55 OLOG), affordable housing; offer habitable spaces for all segments of the population, particularly for singles, families, the elderly, and those with special needs; encourage living together in a spirit of responsibility towards the general interest and mutual solidarity; purchase, build, renovate or manage buildings and remove them from speculation; provide its members with an infrastructure that allows them to live in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. The Cooperative is non-profit.
