to acquire from the Commune des Ponts-de-Martel, free of charge and under a right of superficie (for a period of 49 years), a plot of approximately 2,300 m2, to be detached from article 2533 of the Ponts-de-Martel cadastral register, comprising the current slaughterhouse building; to erect a new construction partially integrating the existing slaughterhouse; to operate the slaughterhouse, in particular by making it available with its personnel to its members and third parties.
