1. The cooperative aims to improve, through joint action, the terms of engagement of its musician members and other cultural actors collaborating on musical performances (e.g. technicians), primarily by promoting their economic interests through fair remuneration, and to strengthen good practices in the cultural sector through this same approach. To this end, it may: a) provide musician and cultural actor services for hire; b) employ musicians and cultural actors under employment contracts, delegating musical performances to partners and co-contractors; c) connect musicians and cultural actors with partners and companies in the music industry; d) carry out any other operation related to its purpose, including agency and/or mandate activities. 2. The cooperative is non-profit.
