The company aims to sustainably promote the economic and social interests of its members (cooperators), who are owners of an apartment or other premises in the "Pugessies" development in Yverdon-les-Bains, by implementing services that can improve living conditions, by purchasing and operating, in accordance with its right of pre-emption, various dwellings or premises, by stimulating reflection on different ways of living and ensuring the beautification of the neighborhood, and by any activity that can promote the economic and social interests of the cooperator-owners (for complete purpose see articles of association)
