Ensuring that the proposed offers allow for the rationalization of taxi work and offer the best possible service to customers under the best financial conditions. 3. Ensuring that the proposed offers are optimized in relation to the needs, imperatives, and priorities of each user, as well as in relation to road traffic and the constraints of the different modes chosen (schedules, overload, etc.). 4. Offering individual and confidential follow-up during the execution of each chosen offer, in compliance with the laws on the use and possession of personal data, to ensure flexibility and propose alternatives in case of difficulties or changes. 5. Ensuring that offers for people with reduced mobility, or those requiring medical treatment not requiring the use of an ambulance, are implemented. 6. Ensuring that among the proposed offers, those that are most respectful of the environment are highlighted. 7. Promoting locally and internationally the image of Switzerland in its actions for mobility, particularly those located in Geneva. 8. Maximizing the benefits of the digital transition for its members and users. 9. The cooperative society is non-profit. All its revenues must serve to improve the platform and services offered to customers or to improve the conditions of its members in the exercise of their professional activities.
