The operation of a trade in accessories for hydroponics and horticulture as well as all related activities; the company may, in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose to its own, carry out all economic, industrial, financial, movable and immovable transactions, except those prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) and conclude all contracts suitable for developing the company's purpose or directly or indirectly related to it; it may grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if this serves its interests.
