The Company's purpose is the production and sale of food, dietary, pharmaceutical, pet food and medicinal products of all kinds, and in particular the refining of oils, especially special oils with dietary, pharmaceutical or cosmetic characteristics. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may acquire, hold, manage, pledge, exploit and alienate real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, as well as finance other companies, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The Company may grant loans, secured or unsecured, or provide guarantees or collateral guarantees to shareholders, direct or indirect subsidiaries, parent or sister companies or third parties. Furthermore, it may manage or participate in liquidity/cash pooling, including periodic balance adjustments, with companies of the group to which it belongs. The Company may also do all this without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest or other compensation, excluding the Company's profit purpose and incurring a concentration of risks. The Company may carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that promote its purpose or are connected to it, taking into account, to the extent permitted by law, the interests and general orientation of the group to which it belongs.
